10 year old drawned inside Dandaru river in Oyo state

Abandoned boy, 10, drowns while swimming in Ibadan .

A 10-year-boy identified as Yusuf, has drowned inside Dandaru river along Mokola-Secretariat road in Ibadan, Oyo State .

According to reports, the incident occurred on Wednesday, 24th of October, 2018. Yusuf was said to have mounted a cliff for a dive, when he accidentally slid off and drowned in the river.

It was gathered that the boy who had hearing impairment, had been abandoned by his parents for a long time and was putting up under the Mokola overhead bridge.
