Four Manchester players, miss training, and being captured by press.

Manchester United quartet Ander Herrera,  Ashley Young, Jesse Lingard and Marcos Rojo sat out their open training session this 1st October  morning.

The squad were put through their paces in front of the cameras and invited press at their Carrington training complex ahead of the Valencia Champions League fixture at Old Trafford on Tuesday night.

Lingard did not travel to London for the 3-1 defeat at West Ham, where Herrera was an unused substitute, while Young captained United and played the entire 90 minutes.

Rojo, 28, suffered an untold injury in the Under-23s’ draw with Reading Sept 2018, and has made just 5 club appearances for this year.

If Young cannot  play against Valencia on Tuesday night then Mourinho could call back Diogo Dalot ahead of club captain Antonio Valencia, who was evicted from the squad against West Ham.
