UNIVERSITY OF IBADAN UTME CUT OFF MARK
After the conduct of Post-UTME, the University of Ibadan, UI, has released the cut-off points for all the courses for 2018/2019 admission with Medicine having the highest Merit cut-off point of 76.5 point, with the score for the Educationally Less Developed States, ELDS, standing at 75.25.

It would be recalled that out of about 20,000 UTME candidates who indicated interest to take part in the 2018/2019 Post-UTME Screening, only 17,956 candidates sat for the screening. Out of these, 11,730 scored 50 percent and above representing 65.3 percent of the total number of candidates. Of these, only about 3,500 candidates are likely to gain admission into the institution.
According to a statement from the Vice Chancellor of the Premier institution, Professor Abel Olayinka, only candidates who scored 50 percent and above would be considered for admission base on the available space.
He stated that the highest score at the Post-UTME screening was by Anyanwu Favour Chinazaekpere who obtained 90 percent, and is seeking admission into Communication and Language Arts. Other high scorers at the Post UTME include four candidates who scored 89 percent and five candidates who scored 88 percent.
