Man has shared details and photo of a dilapidated state of a general hospital in Zuru Kebbi state Nigeria. 
Expressing his concern of how negatively the stick used in hanging a hospital drip being administered to could have adverse effect rather than healing the patient.
it can only get better, so we hope and work towards, probably the right authorities will see this, and make some adjustments.
