IPOB peace protest at Nnewi in Anambra state turned out bad as one policemen where attacked at the process

IPOB VS NIGERIA POLICE MEN AT NKWO NNEWI.

It was horrible in Nkwo Nnewi today... from what an eye witness stated, hundreds of unarmed IPOB members came out today in peaceful demonstration without attacking anyone, they were announcing to the public not to participate in the forthcoming presidential election, that any person from South East that participates in the said election will be placed as a northerner.

Along the line, they suddenly meet with police patrol team that started following them, according to the eye witness, the police men at a point picked courage to apprehend them when they really shouting on top of their voices saying there must be no presidential election in  the south east, in the process of trying to stop them which results to direct shooting at the IPOB crowd, two police men were knocked down, one dead at the spot inside gutter and one severely injured, their vehicle was also damaged.....

The eyewitness said that after the incidents, nobody could give account how they all disappeared and then the next thing they saw was troop of Nigeria Army that came and frown at the traders that was watching what was going on, and then ordered them to enter inside their shops and lock their selves.

She added that Nkwo Nnewi might be empty tomorrow.
