President Buhari, assures that 2019 election, will be free and fair, unlike the incumbents that awarded votes.

Despite today being his birthday, President Buhari, would not overlook his duties as, 

Today he received a delegation from the International Republican Institute and the National Democratic Institute, USA, here to assess the country's, pre-election preparations.

He stated that, It was an opportunity for him, to again assure that he will ensure a level playing field for all contestants in 2019.

He also, told them that having run for presidential seat three times, ending up at the Supreme Court all three times, before God and technology - PVCs and Card Readers - made a way for him, the fourth time, he knows what it is to be cheated at the polls.

Then, he revealed that, what the incumbents at the time used to do was just to award votes, and then tell anyone who was dissatisfied to go to court. 

Although he is yet to sign, the electoral bill, the president assured, his  regime won't do that. 

As he is prepared to give the opposition the opportunities, he was not given in the past.
